What do I need to bring to my appointment?

Every signer must provide a valid (unexpired), government-issued photo ID. Examples include:

  • Driver’s License
  • State ID
  • Passport
  • Military ID

The document should be complete but unsigned before the appointment. Signatures must typically be witnessed by the notary in person.
